In a devastating escalation of violence, Israeli airstrikes have killed at least 120 Palestinians in Gaza over the past 24 hours, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry. The attacks have also left 557 others injured, deepening the humanitarian crisis in the region.
The Health Ministry of Gaza confirmed the grim toll, with the latest fatalities bringing the overall death count since October 2023 to 58,386. The ongoing violence has resulted in widespread devastation, with nearly 140,000 Palestinians reported wounded by Israeli military operations across Gaza.
The humanitarian situation continues to worsen as hospitals struggle to manage the influx of casualties, many of whom are civilians. Medical staff and emergency responders are overwhelmed, with insufficient resources to treat the growing number of injured, amid continued airstrikes targeting densely populated areas.

International calls for a ceasefire and humanitarian aid have been escalating, but efforts to reach an agreement on both fronts have so far been unsuccessful. The situation remains dire as the conflict shows no signs of abating.
