The management of the Pakistan Super League announced that the refund process will officially start on March 30. Fans who purchased tickets for PSL 11 will not need to submit any requests, as refunds will be processed automatically.
Organisers stated that the entire process is expected to be completed within 15 working days, although minor delays may occur depending on banking channels.

The opening fixture between Hyderabad Kingsmen and Lahore Qalandars will proceed as planned. Lahore will host Eliminators 1 and 2, along with the final, while Karachi will stage the Qualifier.
